BGMI – BGIS 2024 Grand Finale To Take Place in Hyderabad; All You Need To Know, Including Venue, Ticket Sales, and Schedule

Since the return of BGMI, there is one section of the Indian gaming industry that has seen significant growth, and that is esports. Battlegrounds Mobile India Series or BGIS 2024 is the ongoing esports competition that everyone has their eyes on. It kicked off last month with 256 teams competing against each other in The Grind. Now we are entering the final stage of the competition where the teams will battle it out in a LAN event to get a major chunk of the prize pool and excitingly, the venue for the BGIS 2024 Grand Finals has been announced.
According to the latest announcement, the BGIS 2024 LAN Grand Finals will be held at Hall 4, Hitex Exhibition Center in Hyderabad. The finals will take place between June 28 to June 30 and the top 16 teams will battle it out to secure the maximum chunk of the ₹2 crore prize pool. The teams will be split into two groups, where the first group will include the top eight contenders from the semi-finals of Week 1 and the second group will include the top eight from Week 2. After that, we will see 18 intense matches to decide the winner of the tournament.
Ticket information for the event will be announced soon. Last year, the tickets for BGIS sold out within 10 minutes. The event also made headlines due to crowd management issues during the last BGIS Grand Finals.
In other news, BGMI Update 3.2 was revealed recently, and it will be bringing some exciting new features to the game, These include a new Mecha Fusion theme mode where players can fly around and shoot other players. An alien spaceship with special airdrops such as jetpacks, self revive and so much more will be coming to the game with the new patch.
