Reliable/Affordable/Quality

GoDaddy has always been my choice for Domain purchases and hosting. They don't have the most robust web design platform but for a starter, it's perfect. Pricing has always been extremely reasonable and often have sales or discounts even for existing members. 10/10

An employee who Rocks…

Hosting service that I had been using for over 20 years went out of business leaving my well-known email address, contacts, and calendar all to be lost forever. After having talked to three other GO DADDY employees who did their best to try to help me James was the only person that saw me through the final step that allowed me after a very long and arduous month to reclaim my email address.I am totally satisfied with him and his knowledge of GO DADDY and his products. I would highly recommend him for a higher position as the trainer of other employees. He’s the Best!

Today I received the best customer…

Today I received the best customer service in a long time. Apologetically, I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name. Not only did he answer all the questions I had, he recommended other helpful tools for my companies website functions. He truly made my day. Thanks my friend whoever you were!

As a domainer since the beginning

As a domainer since the beginning, I went thru several registrars. GoDaddy was the best for me. GoDaddy has been my only registrar since 2003.

Hosting, I trying other hosts every now and then with a domain, but they always ends up back over to GoDaddy.

Cash parking: I used to have all my domains up and running, then I lost interest for a while. Switching the domains I was no longer actively working over to cash parking made them able to pay for themselves every year.

I'm a GoDaddy enthusiast!

GoAnywhereElseDaddy

Constant money grab, (hosting the URL, cookie cutter “creative”, now security). I spent hours on the phone just to find out that, because I didn’t spend the extra fee, visitors to my CHARITY site were getting an unsafe warning and had to drill down to get to my info. LONG hold times and pompous, arrogant morons “manning” the phones.

Great service - real people!

I always have had excellent customer support from Go Daddy and today was no exception. It's wonderful to be able to speak with a real person who will take the time to talk through the question or issue and then help fix it. Patient, kind and helpful service that is very much appreciated!

Frederick from GoDaddy helped me solve 3 issues

Frederick from GoDaddy helped me with 2 issues and another question. My client requested a secure certificate and he ran the prices down for me.

I needed to call my client to ask him about it. Frederick called me back later to find out if we had decided on a SSL Certificate. and although my client decided not to buy the certificate we were able to get two other issues resolved. I decided not move my domain bisbeeguitarteacher.com to WIX as I was informed of some data losses they had experienced. We checked out a third issue with email forwarded for another client.
I was thoroughly satisfied. with the service I received.

I had a complicated question and…

I had a complicated question and expected to be bounced forward a couple of times to reach someone who could help. But the first person to take my call went out of his way to be helpful, giving me all the information that I needed to resolve my issue, even though this was not a "quick fix".

Koshigan got me sorted

I have been using GoDaddy for a number of years, always seamless. Today I ran into a problem because of my own carelessness - Koshigan, my call service rep, was able to correct my error and get me sorted. I'm very pleased with today's service.

Starting Up Email, information on upgrading website

I contacted the help center today with setting up my email for a new website we are starting...the agent was the best, he walked me through the process asking if I had any other questions. I began to tell him what we were about and the agent took the time to go through some options I could choose from also sending various links to visit with pricing for a professional to build our website for us...I give this experience 5 ☆'s...

My email was hacked

My email was hacked. The first call to go daddy support was good but didn't fully rectify the situation. The second call was much better and the support representative, Drew, actually fixed things the original support guy missed.

After switching from Wordpress due to…

After switching from Wordpress due to it being so complex, GoDaddy has been a much less frustrating process! Building a website as a beginner is slow, however GoDaddy make it as simple and effective as possible. I had some confusion recently so rang the customer helpline and Brian couldn’t have been more helpful. Thankyou Brian for saving my sanity!

Gilbert did a great job dealing with…

Gilbert did a great job dealing with the major issues we had acquired from another web hosting company. He was patient and quickly solved every issue we had and it was a lot so we really appreciate the excellant work ethic and customer service he provided our company. Godaddy is truly blessed to have people like Gilbert on their team.

So glad there was a representative I could talk to! And, the wait wasn't long. Mario was very helpful and made really helpful suggestions along the way. I am new to this and while he was clearly younger than me was patient and willing to explain things in a way that made sense. He was so helpful but also efficient and got me moving in the right direction. Thank you! Shelly

My call was answered promptly!

My phone call was answered promptly, which I really appreciate quick service. I spoke with a customer service rep by the name of Bill Highland. I explained my issue and he helped me resolve the problem rather quickly. In addition, Bill talked me through how to make these changes on my own in the future, which was much appreciated. I have always had great service with…Godaddy

I have always had great service with GoDaddy. I seldom have to wait long for a representative. The representatives are very knowledgeable and take the time to figure out problems. For a small business owner with limited IT knowledge/support, GoDaddy has been a perfect solution.

Thankful for Jason’s patience!

I’m a volunteer for a nonprofit Organization and our website was being worked on by another volunteer who left before it was finished. Unfortunately, they also left with new sign on credentials and I could no longer access. I had tried last year to regain access to my credentials and had no success, even though my credit card was on file for auto renewal.
I decided to call back again today to see if someone could help me and I was lucky enough to get Jason on the phone! I was so excited that he was able to get my credentials reactivated, a new password established, and now we are able to have our website back up and running! I’m so thankful for Jason‘s patience!
