Server wide hack and support refuse to acknowledge or help fix
Honestly, the problems I have had with A2 are beyond comprehendible. We have had a complete server wide hack affecting almost all of our websites hosted but still A2 refuse to accept it's their issue and say they cannot see any issues. We had something similar with another host a few years back (almost identical) and they got on it right away, found the issue and fixed it rapid.
For such a premium service providor I'm extremely dissappointed with the lack of 1. support 2. knowledge and 3. ability to resolve issues.
