Jack is 23 and has been in a management trainee program for two weeks. It is his first job out of university, and he is very excited to have secured a job in his chosen industry. It took him several months to get accepted in the program, and he is looking forward to starting his career and having a steady income. He feels proud and accomplished for landing this gig, but he also knows that this is his first “official” sign of being an adult. He understands the responsibility that comes with that and wants to make sure he rises to the expectation.
