Naoki Hashimoto (橋本 直樹, Hashimoto Naoki?), also known as NAOKI, is a Japanese singer who has provided the vocals for a number of songs in the Guilty Gear series since Guilty Gear Vastedge XT.

History[]

Born in February 23, 19??, Naoki Hashimoto is the vocalist of the thrash metal band Outrage since its debut, with the release of their self-titled debut EP in 1987.[1] Hashimoto left the band in 1999, but returned in 2007 for a supposed few performances to celebrate the band's twentieth anniversary. [2] The following year he fully rejoined the band and they released the limited edition live album Awakening 2008, containing performances of two of their previous albums in their entirety.[3] He has since remained a member of the band.

Since 2013, Hashimoto has provided the vocals for the majority of vocal tracks in the Guilty Gear series, such as "Break a Spell" and "Smell of the Game", along with the song "Surrogate Life" (also composed by Daisuke Ishiwatari[4]) for the game CHUNITHM CRYSTAL.[5]
