Bridget's dad is described as a multi-millionaire in Report ♯7404. He is the reason they bother mentioning Bridget as normally a simple bounty hunter would be ignored.
The report mentions Bridget using a yo-yo but does not mention Bridget's yo-yo came from him - this is revealed in later games.
