APM licensing[]
It appears that Fallout 76 is once again using stock music tracks from APM.
According to this non-search-friendly infographic on the APM website, over 100 cues were licensed for Fallout 76 from APM.

What's also interesting is that Amazon has an album called Music Featured in "Fallout 76" which appears to have been officially sanctioned by APM, judging by the logo in the corner. There's even auto-generated videos with the album art on Youtube.

The two Marc Durst tracks play in the Atomic Shop. The Jukebox (Fallout 76) page seems in indicate that it plays more APM instrumental tracks, but I haven't been able to find a video in-game demonstrating it yet.
However, going by the list, there's only 39 tracks which is short of 100+. The infographic does phrase it as "cues" so it could be some shorter sound effects were licensed instead of full songs.
