Copy of research notes is a holotape in the Fallout 76 update Steel Reign.
Location[]
The tape can be found at the AMS corporate headquarters, in the basement laboratory. It is on a black console near the cages where Sheena and Burke are held during the quest Missing Persons. The tape is a copy of three terminal entries on the nearby terminal.

Test Subject 00 has received their first dose of heated Ultracite, standard dosing amount. It appears that the amplified radiation exposure that occurred in our animal test subjects also occurs in humans. The test subject has symptoms of severe radiation sickness and has experienced total hair loss and significant skin damage.
Research Log #2[]
Test Subject 00 received triple standard dosing today. It appears that all cognitive brain activity has ceased. The test subject's aggression levels have been increased, likely due to reduced brain function. Caution is advised.

Test Subject 00 was unable to sustain the amounts of radiation and is now deceased.
