Comm Officer Castillo is an NCR Ranger living at Ranger Station Alpha in 2281.

Background[]

A straightforward Ranger, Castillo has never had a taste for history, preferring the abbreviated versions. When asked about the Rangers, he simply states they are the elite of the NCR military and the best fighters in the wasteland.^[1] As a plainclothes Ranger, Castillo is typically found with a microphone than a revolver in hand, however. His current posting at Ranger Station Alpha means he usually just has to relay the number of Legion scouts they sent downriver with holes in their heads.^[2]
