I went afk two days ago, got a call out of the blue. had to leave my toon far behind. 250 miles plus, in the gulf of Mexico, on a ship, looking at the see floor thru a robot.
I could be running WP right now, but nooo, you all need gas for your cars, and electricity and stuffs. dam you all!

since the ship has the interwebs, thought I'd share.
please rub it in how you all are awesomely playing, I need a fix.

maybe you can bring a lappy along, connect to yer ship wi-fi and.... Earozea wouldnt be far away. maybe by then you will be look on the lappy screen instead of the seafloor lol...

But then again I may have to walk to the nearest Walmart because of that. Think you better AFK more often /cheer

Connecting to ffxiv while on the gulf would require a much better v-sat setup than this shop has or can afford( internet comes direct from data lights out there, and I'd about as fast as dial up. For this service, we get to pay about 10,15k a year, contract cost. The faster service can get up to 50k).
Never mind that though! My heli is on its way, in three of four hour I'll be running like a madcat thru all the hard things!
