Combat Power is the overall (average) strength of a character (Monster/Hero).

Calculation:

[Base]*(1+[Stat%]) + [Stat]
Base
The unmodified value for the Hero
Stat%
The Percentage increase from Gear, if applicable
Stat
The Whole number value of the Stat from gear.


In general
It is the aggregation of proportion of each stat a character has.

We are attempting to take the Base Stat (lv 1) for all characters and derive a low-level ratios and compare that to the lv 60 (non-Awaken) & lv 60 (awaken), to see if there is a level scaling ratio to the combat power ratios derived below.

being the points gained from the stat

being the points gained in combat power

Special Conditions

These three stat adjustments, have no real solid scale application to combat power. As the value they apply towards combat power is based on the base associated stat. As well, these percentages are applied before any whole number value gained from gear.
