Other/Future games
In all main games of the TES series, we've been in Tamriel, the center continent, which all beings (I guess) are quite fond of. The Nords (or just Men in general) left Atmora and almost made the snow elves extinct just for this place. The Redguards destroyed Yokuda to make the journey. Before the Men, the Elves had abandoned Aldmeris, too, to come to Tamriel. ^(source: "Mysterious Akavir", TES V)^
It makes sense that the series would focus around the continent.
What peaks my interest is Akavir. In the aforementioned book, "Mysterious Akavir", it is said that it is the land of demons who are constantly fighting eachother. As much information it gives, one could not really imagine the place.
Do you guys think Bethesda might give more insight on this, perhaps make a whole game dedicated to it? Would you want that to happen?
Y'all tbh Akavir seems like it would be crazy af
Do you want the next game to use leveled lists? If not, what replacement do you propose? If yes, do you want any changes between Skyrim and TES in terms of item and enemy spawning?
Do you think it will be somewhere like Argonia/Blackmarsh
Skyrim SE and Fallout 4 brought major changes the the way mods are handled by Bethesda. Bethesda created their own official mod-sharing site. In addition, they added Creation Club to share officially curated mod-like content. They even brought moding to consoles.
How would you like Bethesda to support moding in the next Elder Scrolls game? Should Bethesda retreat, and leave mods to the community, or should they play an active role in encouraging it? And how should they address the Creation Club controversy?
We all have been waiting a long while for the new entry in the TES saga, but is it to long if a wate. Tod Howard staited that yes there was going to be another entry in the series but mentioned not on this gen of consol.
I feel that next gen being in its state of life is not a long term good decision as most fans will stray away for newer and better things. I personally find myself playing less and less and am craveing a new title to add to my collection.
Is this a problem we will face, or is it just me
So, after playing like an hour on morrowind (got it about a week ago). I am interested about daggerfall, Can anyone please tell me if the graphics of daggerfall are like morrowind(morrowind is tolerable) or worse.
Will Bethesda ever make a game that you are able to explore all of Tamriel I thing they should
What do you want in the next game's dialogue? Are there any changes you'd like in the system itself, the writing, or the voice acting?
Personally, I'd like dialogue that makes it feel like you have a relationship with NPCs, especially if there's a romance or marriage system. They could ask how your day was, or even just ask what you want for dinner.
Even without such a system, I'd love if former companions or people you did quests for would talk to you after you've been gone for a while, maybe ask what you've been up to. Bertenders may welcome you back, and ask for any gossip or news. It doesn't even have to be unique for each NPC. Even if all the characters ask the same question, all your responses are generic, and they just respond to what you way with 'That sounds exciting', it would be a nice touch.
What building system do you want in the next game?
We first saw building in Bethesda games with Skyrim's Hearthfire DLC, and they made it a major component of their last game, Fallout 4, so I think it's a safe bet that there will be some sort of building mechanic.
Now, before we get started I would like to say that I understand Todd Howard's spies will track down this post, and ruin our dreams. But never mind.
To start off, where would you like to see the next game take place; personally, I would actually prefer a High Rock/Hammerfell hybrid, much like Daggerfell.
And how would you like the game to start, would you like the classic prisoner theme, or maybe something different.
Would you like another race to appear and/or be playable?
What sort of story would you like to see, would you like to be the savior of Tamriel, or just be his/her right-hand man?
So we all know that bethesda likes to reference some stuff in their games for upcoming games. I might've found some references that "prove" Hammerfell might be the province for the next TES game.
We're going to start off with Maiq the Liar, Bethesdas favorite character that they like to tease stuff with. This khajit has some interesting stuff to say!
Maiq: " Much snow in Skyrim. Enough snow. Maiq does not want any more."
What is the opposite of a snowy landscape? A desert. And where can we find that? That's right, in Hammerfell.
"The people of Skyrim are more open minded about certain things than people in other places."
If you don't know what I'm trying to say then I'll explain it to you. Magic is overshadowed and looked down upon in Hammerfell. Especially necromancy. While necromancy has its own class at the college of winterhold!
Erik the slayer: "If I make enough money in Skyrim I think I may go to Hammerfell and see what I work I could get there."
Maybe we'll see Erik in TES6 if it comes out in Hammerfell and we could have him as another potential follower. Of course it's just a small reference to Hammerfell but it's something. Small things like this are stuff that people like to forget.
What are your thoughts on this? I might be looking to much into this but whatever, I thought it was just pretty fun to see these references and I do hope TES6 will be in Hammerfell.
I think it's about time they should come out with a new Elder Scrolls game I mean Skyrim was made in 2012 i know the morrowind online came out not to long ago I mean like one that's based on a province like the first 5
So its been 6 years since skyrim was released and skyrim was released 6 years after oblivion.
So my question is that is there any news about TES VI coming out within the next two years.
Right this has probably been asked before but what province do you think TES vi should be set in it can't be any from past games i.e morrowind, cyrodill
What are your favorite legends cards to use?
Given the events that have taken place recently, what would your preferred plot be?
I'll go over some of the substantial recent events:
-Hammerfell has come out on top against the Aldmeri Dominion.
-The Great War left the Empire in a terrible state. Talos worship is banned.
-Skyrim is fighting for independence in order to regain worship of Talos. A Skyrim victory is likely to be canon. (Imo)
-The Emperor has been assassinated. This has ended the Mede Dynasty as he has no heir.
-The Red Mountain exploded putting much of Morrowind in ruins.
-After Red Mountain erupted the Thalmor sparked the An-Xileel Accesion War, a war between the Black Marsh and Morrowind for the Argonians to gain vengeance for years of slavery.
-The Blades have been mostly destroyed but are now being restored.
-Valenwood and Elseweyr have joined the Aldmeri Dominion.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So given this what's your preferred plot for the next TES or one you think is most likely?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd like to see one in Elsweyr. I don't think it's likely.
It would be intresting if the plot was about discovering the Thalmor lied about bringing the Moons back and causing Elseweyr to secede from the Aldmeri Dominion.
The khajiit have a very intresting culture with the different moon phases and breeds. I'm guessing it's also crime-filled given the amount of khajiit criminals outside Elseweyr. However I'd also so love to see the khajiit unified in a cause against the Thalmor.
Should I try them out because I would like to see it and I heard it was free on PC? A detailed explanation would be very much appreciated
So I thought this would be cool.
The character (s) you played as in skyrim, the dragon born, could also be the protagonist for the next game. So sorta port your character into the next game. Because if the Dragon born was the last one, then it is the end of the kalpa, which means we should experience a huge war between man and mer. So it would be common sense for the dragon born to lead an army in this war. What do you think?
After the death of my laptop (to which I scrapped the HDD and the optical drive), I needed a PC that can handle gaming and more. So, I’m wondering if any of you who are experienced in building PCs and the parts that come with them if you can look at my build and tell whether it can run Skyrim SE with both Skyrim SE Re-engaged enb with 100+ mods.
Here is the build: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/TheAnimeHusbano/saved/LkYycf
