We appreciate you sharing your review with our company. Our Billing team located an authorization and was able to cancel the authorization placed on your card. Please keep in mind this isn't an actual charge, but just an authorization placed on the card. This typically means you attempted to place an order. Can you please email jdrago@a2hosting.com so I can investigate why the authorization was placed on your card?
