Bluehost is generally good to deal with and offers good value for money. Because I can't call them as I live in Australia, I use their chat support. I can typically get someone straight away which is great. While it can be tricky to do more complex trouble shooting on your own with text support only, sometimes you get really exceptionally nice people like SAGAR DEEPAK which make it a really enjoyable experience <3
