It was a bit stressful because I accessed the AI Chat on the website, and it said it did not have my order. I wanted to know when the chair would arrive. I then emailed customer service and they replied the next day with the exact shipping date and delivery date. I am happy with that. The chair came within one week of ordering it. Now, for the Chair review: It is incredible. Perfect lumbar adjustment for my back! Excellent air-conditioned seat and heated seat, and they both work well. The build is very sturdy and comfortable. The armrests are nice. I love the recline feature and the leg rest. Overall, the chair is firm yet comfortable, giving my back much-needed support! I would repurchase this. I recommend this chair!

Quality built chair
Comfortable! I would suggest the arm rest pads to make this perfect. This is my second purchase of this product and this one is a gift to a family member. My satisfaction of the first one is the reason I bought the second. When the quality and comfort meet or exceed expectations there is no point to roll the dice on a different name.

Great chair, with great features. I really enjoy how this chair feels, and offers great support while using the computer. I am not a gamer, but this chair can be used for a wide variety of uses, highly recommend. Aside from the chair, my only issues with assembling the chair are the poor instructions, the font size is way! to small, and the microscopic red text on a black background are useless, you literally need to strain your eyes or find a magnifying glass to red the text. I also had an issue with installing the cover of the adjuster screws on the side of the backrest, at that point I then realized that my chair did not coming with any screws or wrenches to assemble, luckily since it was Christmas day, I was able to find my tool kit with wrenches and some spare screws in the garage that allowed me to finish building the chair. Seems like the hardware bag/box was missed in the QC inspection. At the end of assembly it came out excellent, and I am very happy with my new chair.
