Item purchased and not received

Good morning, I purchased an item from NSF no limits on 06/22 at 6:15 pm and to date I have not received my item or the refund. I contacted EA Games support and did not receive a solution. The purchase images are attached. Item purchased and not received

Typically it can take 24 hrs after the purchase to see your content, If you don't have your purchase after that time you will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information so that they can look into this further.   

After you have your purchase information, please get in touch with our support via the in-game help option.
