Error code: 800E0000

Hello, I have been trying to access the online play from my Ps4 on NFS Rivals. However, whenever I try to connect an error message comes up saying I "must be signed in to PlaystationNetwork and the EA servers in order to access the online features of this title." I have linked my EA account and PS4 account and I'm wondering what the issue might be? Perhaps I need to let certain port numbers through or change some settings on my ps4? Thank you in advance.

I disabled and re-enabled my router and all appears to be well, sorry for the inconvenience.
