It feels kinda slow compared to last year when the announcements were on blast.

Im asking this question to know some of the most complex(intelligent way not incoherent way) nonhuman characters in animanga? Fyi Im not asking for superhumans so no humans with powers or witches or androids im talking about creatures basically who we can understand and dont just make growl noises or whatever cause Im sure there are some.
I only know like a couple like some from yuyu hakusho and dragonball.
The category seems kinda of vague... what exactly is "American" manga?
Can anyone tell me any examples of animes and manga that have at the center of the plot characters trying to outsmart each other through different strategies? I can only think of tomodachi game, death note and case closed, any that I am missing?
By bad paced I mean slow paced
I like one piece,Dragonball, demon slayer, death note and aot I’m also into horror
None of the top 3 are listed in ANN or MAL... so they weren't on the radar outside Japan, most likely. ANN had 6 of the remaining top 10, though.

It's called "Judging You Purely on Your Strength! A Manga Award Evaluating Just One Thing" (Kimi no Tsuyomi dake Shinsa! Itten Hyōka Mangashō)...
Sounds kinda lame to me, but it is very Shonen Jump.
We'll see what the investigation uncovers... NTV is investigating itself, so expectations probably aren't high.
Sadly, no real surprises here... Berserk seems to be the only non-shōnen.
