This courier droid was tortured under the supervision of Jabba the Hutt's droid supervisor EV-9D9.[2]
The silver droid screamed in pain as a traction-test bed pulled their right arm off.[1]

CZ-series droid near the doorway of the torture chamber.
Note that this droid is rather similar to 2-1B in shape and often gets the fanon name 2-1A. This name has never been confirmed. The droid is sometimes confused with the "interpreter droid" that Jabba "became angry with", along with a CZ-series communications/business droid, that was later replaced by C-3PO. In the game Star Wars: Battlefront II, they can be seen alone in the torture chamber with a leg almost torn off. Their vocabulator is not the same as the one on a 2-1B surgical droid.
