Elisa was an Alderaanian female who served as the third aide of Galactic Republic Supreme Chancellor Lina Soh during the High Republic Era. According to Soh, the woman's family had served as senators and aides for generations.[2] In 228 BBY,[3] Elisa activated a holopad within the Chancellor's Officer on[2] the Core Worlds planet[4] Coruscant that allowed Soh to speak with the Nihil Minister of Information Ghirra Starros, who was at the time aboard her cruiser, the Pearl of Faretta, waiting for permission to dock. After she had turned on the device, the aide moved quickly out of the Chancellor's space. After Soh was finished with her conversation with Starros, she gestured at the aide, who cut the call off.[2]
