Where to get valuable Treasures in Palworld

Dealing in body parts and gemstones

Do you have Precious Plumes sitting in your Palworld inventory, and you’re wondering what to do with them? Sapphires taking up valuable storage space while you’re waiting for a recipe to use them in? Don’t worry; here’s everything you need to know about these treasures.

Valuable treasures are anything that sits in your inventory and “can be sold to a Merchant for a high price” in the description. At the time of writing, there are no real uses for these items, but if you’re anything like me, you’re hoarding them anyway.

However, if you are indeed holding on to these and in need of some Gold to spend with Merchants, there’s a very good reason to slim down your hoard. These items really do sell for high prices, as described, ranging from 500 Gold for the Precious Pelt to 1,250 per Diamond, if you’re lucky enough to have some of those lying around.

Where to find ‘precious’ items

If you’re wondering where to find these items, the short answer is that they drop from defeated Alpha Pals throughout Palpagos.

These are the larger “boss” Pals that roam the wilds or appear as the final boss Pal in dungeons. They have significantly more health than regular Pals, but if you can defeat them, they also drop Ancient Civilization Parts, which come in handy when crafting.

Precious Pelt

Sells for 500 Gold each

The easiest way to get Precious Pelt is to defeat Chillet. You’ll find this Alpha Pal pretty close to the starting location for the game and as it’s only level 11, you shouldn’t have too much difficulty taking it down in order to get its drops. Chillet isn’t the only Pal to drop Precious Pelt, though.

The Alpha versions of the following Pals drop the Precious Pelt:

Precious Claw

Sells for 650 Gold each

To find Precious Claws, you’re going to have to brave the depths of dungeons around Palpagos, because all of the Alphas who drop it are end bosses for these dungeons.

Here’s the full list. Remember, only the Alpha variants of these Pals drop Precious Claws:

Precious Plume

Sells for 750 Gold each

It’s a safe bet that if it looks like a bird and it’s an Alpha Pal, you’re likely to get a Precious Plume when you defeat it.

Here’s the list of Alphas that can drop the Precious Plume:

Vanwyrm (inc Cryst)ShadowbeakChikipi

Precious Entrails

Sells for 850 Gold each

If you’re at least level 45, you can get this from fighting the Alpha Boss Anubis in Twilight Dunes. However, if you’re lower level or don’t feel like taking him on just yet (or again), head into some dungeons and hope you meet one of these Alphas at the end.

Here’s the list:

Precious Dragon Stone

Sells for 1,000 Gold each

The most expensive of all the precious treasures, as well as the hardest to come by, Precious Dragon Stones can be found, predictably, by defeating dragon-esque Alpha Pals

Here’s every Alpha Pal that drops their stones:

Orserk Jormuntide (inc Ignis)

Where to find Gemstones

Gemstones are, arguably, harder to come by than precious treasures. While gemstones can possibly drop from non-Alpha Pals, there is no guarantee that they will indeed drop upon killing or capture the Pals.

In order to stock up on gemstones, you’ll need to be single-minded and hunt for the same Pals repeatedly. Both the normal and Alpha variants of these Pals drop the item.
