Team Xbox rockin’ some neat footwear
At E3 this week, various representatives of Team Xbox have been treading the floor of the Los Angeles Convention Center this week in some new sneaks, an apparent collaboration between the Xbox and Nike brands.
The Nike Xbox Air Jordan 1features the brands recognisable green and black design, along with the Xbox symbol printed within the shoe and optional lace colours; black, grey and two shades of green, all featuring the Xbox brand design on the tips. The soles of the shoe also have a luminous effect, reminiscent of the Xbox console’s power-on process.
No price or date has been revealed for a public release of these shoes, but given the promotional images, which you can check out in the gallery below, they will likely be headed to store shelves at some point in the future. I’ve covered quite a few gaming themed shoes on Destructoid, but this might be the first time I’ve seen a pair I’d actually wear myself.
