Where to find the ingredients for Fish Steak in Disney Dreamlight Valley

In order to make Fish Steak in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll need one variety of Fish (salmon, tuna, etc), one Tomato, and one Basil. Here’s where to find them:

  • Fish – Use a fishing rod at the ocean or near a pond. Crustaceans like crabs won’t work for the recipe, however.
  • Tomato – You can find tomatoes for sale at Goofy’s stall in Dazzle Beach. He sells tomato seeds for 8 gold each, but if you have the stall fully upgraded, you can buy tomatoes for 33 gold each. I was lazy and just bought the tomato I need for the recipe. It is handy to farm crops, however, as you can get rich soil from it.
  • Basil – Basil is a bit tougher to find than the other two. Head over to the Peaceful Meadow, and look for herbs that are bursting from the ground. They’re wild, so you’ll need to pick them up.

Once you have all of the ingredients, head over to a stove at your house or a friend’s like Mickey or Remy. You can even go to Chez Remy. Now, you’ll want to put the fish you’ve caught, a tomato, and basil into the pot. After cooking the ingredients, you should have a Fish Steak. Its value is determined by the quality of the fish you use.

For example, I used a Rainbow Trout in my recipe, and the Fish Steak is worth 170 gold. Fish Risotto is worth more, however.
