Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
The exploring mechanic is underutilized in too many games. Outer Wilds builds the entire game around it, with no enemies, no weapons, and fun/challenging puzzles. They expertly created an immersive world, with a compelling story and killer soundtrack to boot. My kids ask me to play this game just so they can watch. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing and intriguing game.
I'm sure there's tons of reviews that will go into more detail, but bottom line is this is well worth buying.
It really reminds me of when Portal came out - a new game mechanic that totally sucks you in, where you'll happily spend hours and hours figuring your way through the world. The mechanics are completely different of course, but I think this is the first game that's recaptured that such a rewarding feeling of learning the logic of a world.
Don't buy this game. The game is on a 10 minute loop, then starts back to the beginning. Over and over and over. This is the hole game. Massive reading, no audio voice. Not fun and not relaxing. You will be very disappointed with outer wilds.
Such a fun creative game. I find the controls a little bit difficult, but I'm not good at games anyway. This is such a beautiful game with an enthralling story line. If your into quantum stuff or space or anything like that this is a game for you. No enemies or anything nothing is trying to kill you, but you can die. A lot. At least at my skill level. Just a nice game
Bought this for my 12 year old son. He is in love with it. I love watching him play it. Delightful, thought provoking, intriguing. The music stays in your head, in a good way. Even as a bystander, I find myself drawn in by the intrigue. It's a truly beautiful game. Innocent, creative, heartfelt. Buy this game. You won't regret it.
