Great customer service at this bike shop!!
Bought my new E bike there, and they were so helpful.

Beware!
Commission driven staff.
Anyone not looking for a 10k bicycle..don't bother!

When you enter the shop and the first person you see is clearly busy/preoccupied with whatever he was working on... bad start.

But wait, it gets worse...

The guy finally breaks away and spends less than 60 seconds explaining what they currently have in stock, then excuses himself and does not return?!?

Clearly he was only interested in a big $$$ticket sale $5-10k

Or, maybe he should be in a different profession... like gathering shopping carts in a parking lot.
This place is a bust!
Go anywhere else!

I bought my son a bike for his birthday. The staff were knowledgeable, kind and attentive. They answered any questions we had and I was able to get him a bike that will last him several years.

Great service. Very knowledgeable service team. Appreciate that they will service bikes they did not sell.

Please beware! Make sure you love the bike you purchase. No returns or exchanges! We purchased 2 e-bikes which we test drove in front of business. After riding my bike around our home I didn't feel it was the right fit for me.
I tried to return my bike 2 weeks after purchasing and was told there are no returns. I asked about a possible exchange for another e-bike but that was also refused.
Make sure you are 100% happy with your choice.!

I bought a e-bike on Facebook marketplace & realized later the back tire was warped. My husband took it in to Archer's & they replaced the tire & gave it a tuneup. It took about two weeks to get it back because they are busy, but It's running like new now. Archer's is one of the only places we found that services e-bikes. I highly recommend them.

I bought a RadRover 6 Plus e-bike for Christmas. It needed some adjustments to make it more comfortable, so I took it to Archer's Bikes in Mesa AZ. Brett helped figure out what I needed, & after several attempts at loosening a screw, into the back it went for extensive work.

Needless to say, my simple adjustments are taking several day, several parts, & several bad words (but not by Brett). He was a real champ in diagnosing what problem(s) needed fixing, created a work order, & hopefully, will call in a few days with happy news that my bike is ready to ride.

I bought an E bike for my wife. Did not come assembled. They were able to put it together really fast (took 24hrs literally). Came back they showed me how to use it. They also put together several of the accessories that came with the bike on as well. Once we were finished they helped me load it into my car. Awesome friendly and knowledgeable staff. Won't go anywhere else from now on.

Great place, good knowledgeable people from the ladies up front to the mechanics in the back. They done work on my Schwinn without trying to sell me something I don't want i.e. a new bike

These guys are great - they've done warranty work on my Himiway Zebra eBike twice and they're honest, competent, and diligent in tracking down warranty parts from the eBike manufacturer. I found the guys working there to be knowledgeable about eBikes and mtn bikes in general, and they do what they can to save me $ (like when I asked if I needed to replace the brake pads on my eBike, and they could have said "sure" and charged me for it, but instead told me I probably had another 6 months of use on the existing pads). Highly recommend these guys.
