If you have an iPhone, AirPods, and an Apple Watch, congrats! You have the holy trinity of Apple products. But keeping all these gadgets powered up can be annoying, since they all have individual cables and proprietary charging solutions. Why deal with all that hassle when a single 3-in-1 wireless charger can accommodate everything? Our Best Wireless Chargers guide has a few recommendations, but many more great docking systems exist for Apple devices. After years of testing, these are our favorites.

A Quick Primer on MagSafe
Most of the wireless chargers in this guide are MagSafe wireless chargers. That means they take advantage of the magnets embedded in the back of the iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14, and iPhone 15 range. I cannot stress this enough: If you buy a case, ensure it is a MagSafe case. We have several third-party options in the linked case guides above. A normal iPhone case will weaken the pull of the magnets in the device and will not stick to MagSafe accessories well.
What's the point of MagSafe? You don't have to worry about misalignment with the wireless charger, meaning you won't wake up to a dead iPhone. Technically, this perfect alignment means chargers can provide faster 15-watt charging, but Apple has restricted this perk to select products from a few brands. MagSafe is available in the AirPods charging case as well (depending on your model). Apple's AirPods and AirPods Pro with the wireless charging case will work with nearly all of the standard Qi wireless charging pads on these chargers (as will many third-party wireless earbuds), but if you have AirPods with MagSafe, then you can hook it up to the magnetic mounts as well. If you don't have a MagSafe iPhone, then your device won't be able to attach to these chargers, though we do have some recommendations for older iPhones (and the iPhone SE).

Best Overall
Belkin 3-in-1 Qi2 Charging StandLike its predecessor, this classy chrome charging tree suspends two of your Apple gadgets in midair, with a spot for the AirPods case on the broad circular base. It can recharge your iPhone at the fastest 15-watt charging speed Apple allows, and it can also fast-charge the Apple Watch Series 7 or newer (not the SE). Drop the AirPods Pro (or AirPods with wireless charging case) onto the base, and you'll be topping up all these devices from a single outlet. Aside from the latest Qi2 certification, the base is now more rounded, and the iPhone charging pad tilts to your preferred angle. Everything sits securely in place, and you can even flip your iPhone into landscape orientation to watch a video while it charges or to trigger StandBy mode. The braided USB-C cable is permanently attached.
15-watt charging, 5-foot braided cable, 36-watt wall charger included, two-year warranty.

Best for Apple's StandBy Mode
Twelve South HiRise 3 DeluxeApple added a feature in iOS 17 called Standby, which turns the iPhone into a clock on your nightstand with weather information when you put it in landscape orientation on a wireless charger. (The screen dims if you have an iPhone with an always-on display; if not, you can tap the screen to see the time.) Twelve South's 3-in-1 is an elegant wireless charger for the nightstand and gives the iPhone plenty of breathing room to rotate it to landscape mode and take advantage of StandBy. It's Made for iPhone (MFi) certified, so it'll recharge your handset at the fastest 15-watt speed possible. I also like that the iPhone charger can swivel up and down, so you can better position the angle of your phone screen.
On the base is a fast charger for the Apple Watch that you can flip up or charge flat, and the back has a spot for the AirPods or another wireless earbuds case. It's nice and weighty and doesn't slide around easily. It comes with a proprietary and removable charging cable that runs into the base, along with a charging brick, and Twelve South includes international plug adapters for the US, UK, EU, and AU if you want to take it on your travels.

Best Compact 3-in-1 Stand
Otterbox 3-in-1 Charging Station With MagsafeFolks seeking something a little more compact for the nightstand will appreciate this solid aluminum 3-in-1 charging station from Otterbox. It can charge all your Apple gadgets at top speed and comes with a 6.6-foot cable and a 36-watt wall charger. The MagSafe pad holds your iPhone securely, and there is a pad on the weighted base for AirPods. The integrated Apple Watch charger allows for Nightstand mode, but it is the weak link here, and I sometimes find that my Series 8 twists slightly. It doesn’t shift enough to prevent charging, but it could be a problem, especially if you have an Ultra or favor a heavy band for your Apple Watch. If you fancy this, make sure you get the correct version, because Otterbox also offers a cheaper 3-in-1 with a slot for Apple Watch charging around the back, which we don’t recommend.
15-watt charging, 6.6-foot cable, 36-watt wall charger included, two-year warranty.
- Photograph: Nomad
Best 3-in-1 Pad
Nomad Base One MaxIt's pricey, but this 3-in-1 charging pad from Nomad feels like you have to place it near a Steinway grand piano. If you want your iPhone out of sight and out of mind when you place it on a charger, a pad is the way to go—the MagSafe charger officially supports 15 watts to recharge your iPhone at the fastest speeds possible. The Apple Watch charging puck sticks up, so you can take advantage of Nightstand mode and see the time. However, this is not a fast charger, so your smartwatch won't juice up as quickly. I tried it with a loop band and a normal strap, and I could fit the AirPods Pro in the spot behind the Apple Watch puck to recharge it just fine.
The metal chassis is heavy, and paired with the anti-slip rubber base, this thing stays put. It comes with a 2-meter USB-C to USB-C cable, which is great if you want to plug it into your new iPhone 15 to juice it up faster, but I wish it came with a 30-watt charging adapter. Nomad sells this one that we've tested and like. I do want to point out that since this is a pad, you can still charge non-MagSafe devices wirelessly on it, making it a nice option if you're on an older iPhone.
Nomad does have an equally classy stand version—the Stand One Max ($180)—that we have tested and like. It's just really pricey.

Best Cheap 3-in-1 Wireless Charger
ESR Qi2 3-in-1 Wireless Charging StationBy far the cheapest Qi2-certified 3-in-1 charger I've come across, I was surprised by how much I liked this ESR charger. The magnetic iPhone pad is secure and charges at 15 watts, the design is compact, and it comes with a charging brick and cable. The Apple Watch charger is a separate unit that slots into the back. That means you can take it with you (it simply needs a USB-A port to plug into), though I instantly lost the cap. This charger also works for StandBy mode or watching video in landscape orientation.
15-watt charging, 5-foot braided cable, 33-watt wall charger included, one-year warranty.

Best for Travel
Anker MagGo 3-in-1 Charging Station (Qi2)Space is often limited when you travel, so the fact that Anker's MagGo 3-in-1 folds down to a very compact form is handy. Despite the small size, it packs plenty of power, charging your iPhone or Qi2-certified phone at up to 15 watts on a magnetic pad that can adjust to your preferred angle. A second pad behind the main pad charges AirPods or other wireless earbuds, and there is a fold-out Apple Watch charger.
15-watt charging, 5-foot cable, 40-watt wall charger included, two-year warranty.

Another Nice 3-in-1
Anker 737 MagGo ChargerAfter a few weeks on the nightstand, I’m in no rush to replace Anker’s 737. This MagSafe 3-in-1 is sturdy and holds my iPhone 14 Pro securely. The option to charge in landscape makes it a nice way to take advantage of StandBy mode to turn your iPhone into a bedside clock. However, the iPhone does block easy access to the Apple Watch from the front in this orientation. It can fast-charge at 15 watts and comes with a power adapter and cable.
The slight magnetic pull on the AirPods pad, on the inside of the triangle, helps get it in the right spot to recharge. However, it can be hard to grab the AirPods out of there, especially if you have an AirPods protective case installed. I just shove a finger from the other direction and push it out. The only slight disappointment is that the Apple Watch charger doesn’t support fast charging, so this is not a good pick for Apple Watch Ultra owners. It also lies flat, so it doesn’t play nice with Nightstand mode, though that’s not such a big deal when you can use StandBy on your iPhone.
15-watt charging, 5-foot cable, 30-watt wall charger included, two-year warranty.

Another Compact 3-in-1 (That Folds!)
Satechi 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging StandA classy mix of vegan leather and aluminum elevates this folding 3-in-1 charger. It is Qi2 certified, so it can deliver 15 watts to your iPhone, and there’s a fold-out Apple Watch charger on the back to fast-charge Apple Watch 7 and above. It feels sturdy and secure, allows you to fix your preferred angle, and supports StandBy mode. It's relatively compact and looks good enough to be your permanent bedside charger. Not only does the whole thing fold flat, but it also comes with UK and EU adapters for the included power brick for your travels.
15-watt charging, 3.6-foot cable, 45-watt wall charger with travel adapters included, one-year warranty.

A Height-Adjustable 3-in-1 Wireless Charger
Mophie MagSafe 3-in-1 Extendable Wireless Charging StandMaybe you charge your iPhone at a standing desk. Or perhaps you want a more versatile charger. Enter Mophie's extendable wireless charging stand. The 15-watt iPhone charger sits atop a telescoping pole that can extend from 7.5 to 16 inches, and that means it doubles as a tripod of sorts—handy if you want to film a quick video or more comfortably take video calls. There's some flex in the charging pad too, so you can tilt it slightly up or down. You have to twist the pole slightly and then pull on it to extend, and while it's not the smoothest experience, it does the job and stays put.
Attached to the bottom section of the pole is the Apple Watch charger, which supports fast charging. You can pop a pair of wireless earbuds, AirPods or otherwise, on the charging cradle on the metal base. Mophie includes a proprietary charger but it's removable.

Best 2-in-1 Stand (AirPods)
Belkin BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1Don't have an Apple Watch? No problem. This elegant 2-in-1 stand can recharge your iPhone and AirPods (or other wireless earbuds with wireless charging support). It comes in black or white with a metal post that connects the weighted base to the MagSafe charger. It can fast-charge your iPhone and hold it in portrait or landscape orientation (great for StandBy). It is easy to grab my iPhone 14 Pro off this stand one-handed without tipping it over. There’s a circular indent at the front for charging your AirPods. The included power adapter plugs into the base via a barrel port.

Best 2-in-1 Stand (Apple Watch)
Belkin BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1 Wireless Charging Dock with MagSafeWith a weighty base, soft-touch finish, and an adjustable MagSafe charging pad, this Belkin 2-in-1 is ideal for folks with an iPhone and Apple Watch. The Apple Watch pad extends off the back, tucking your watch out of sight and allowing room for the strap to droop. The pad on top can move through 70 degrees, and this stand works well with StandBy mode. You can also charge AirPods on the pad if you need to, just not at the same time as your iPhone. The braided USB-C cable is permanently attached.
15-watt charging, 5-foot braided cable, 30-watt wall charger included, two-year warranty.
- Photograph: Zens
A 4-in-1 Stand
Zens 4-in-1 Modular Wireless Charger with iPad Charging StandIf you own an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods, there is a decent chance you might have an iPad too, so why not a 4-in-1 charging station? Zens offers a modular design, with a main stand for your iPad, a MagSafe pad in front to float your iPhone, and a slight indentation to charge AirPods below. The Apple Watch charger is a separate section that attaches magnetically (on either side) and holds your Watch in horizontal Nightstand mode, which looks slightly better than vertical. It feels durable with a grippy, rubbery, flecked black finish made from recycled plastic.
You get a 65-watt power adapter, power cable, and adapter plugs for the US, UK, and EU, which is quite handy. The main drawback with this is the large size, and you have to connect a cable to the USB-C port on the side to charge your iPad.
15-watt charging, 5-foot cable, 65-watt wall charger with travel adapters included, two-year warranty.

A Budget Travel Alternative
Raycon Magic Charging Station ProIt's not the best-looking charger, it lacks official certification, and you need to supply the wall adapter (25 watts at least for best results), but this Raycon 3-in-1 is cheap. It’s pretty sturdy, with a metal body and a smooth hinge. You can charge your iPhone in portrait or landscape, and StandBy mode works. The fold-up Apple Watch charger on the back is plastic and feels kind of cheap, and you need to be precise with your AirPods placement, but it works well. I tested with an iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 12, AirPods Pro, and Apple Watch 7 and 9 without issues. You can also fold it flat and use it as a charging pad for any Qi phone.
15-watt charging, 3.3-foot cable, wall charger not included, one-year warranty.

Best Folding Charger
Woodie Milano FoldieCombining Nappa leather with aluminum and glass, this 3-in-1 charger folds neatly away and looks very stylish. The circular MagSafe iPhone charging pad goes up to 15 watts, and there’s a central pad for AirPods or a second phone. You can charge your Apple Watch flat or pop the charger up for Nightstand mode. You can also fold it into a wedge shape to charge your iPhone in StandBy mode with your Apple Watch on the back. You get a USB-C cable in the box, but you'll need your own wall charger.

Pad or Stand
Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station PadPart of Anker’s new Qi2-certified MagGo range, this versatile 3-in-1 wireless charging station has a 15-watt MagSafe pad, a 5-watt pad for AirPods in the middle, and a 5-watt Apple Watch charger. The iPhone pad can fold up and be angled, so you can have your iPhone lying flat or propped up in portrait or landscape orientation for StandBy mode. The Apple Watch puck can also pop up for Nightstand mode, or you can lay it flat. The cable and wall charger are included, but there’s no carry pouch. While you can fold it flat, there are more compact options for travel (see above). While top charging speeds are only for Qi2-certified phones or MagSafe iPhones, I had no trouble charging an iPhone X and a Pixel 8 with it folded flat, so it's a good pick if you have an older iPhone or Android phones in the household you also want to charge.

A 3-in-1 for Fitbit Fans
Wasserstein 3-in-1 Charging StationWhat if you have an iPhone and AirPods, but prefer a Fitbit to the Apple Watch? This 3-in-1 from Wasserstein has you covered. There are Lightning or USB-C plugs to slot your AirPods and iPhone onto plus a built-in charger for your Fitbit on a small extended platform. The iPhone and Fitbit are both angled for easy glancing (though you are stuck with a portrait view for the iPhone). I worry slightly about wear and tear on the ports here—be careful when sliding your devices on or off—but the advantage is that you get wired charging speeds. Just make sure you get the correct version. For the iPhone 15, you’ll want the USB-C station.
Wired charging, cable and wall charger included, one-year warranty.

Honorable Mentions
Other Good Wireless Chargers for Apple GadgetsWe have tested several other multidevice wireless charging stations for Apple devices. Here are a few we liked:
- Twelve South ButterFly 2-in-1 MagSafe Charger for $130: This is an uber compact 2-in-1 charger that looks like a hockey puck. Open the Butterfly and you'll find two pads that are attached via a rubbery silicone material. You can fast-charge an Apple Watch on one—even pop the charger up to take advantage of Nightstand mode— and the other circle lets you recharge your MagSafe iPhone at 15 watts. It's a super compact solution, and Twelve South includes a 30-watt charger and cable with international plug adapters.
- Anker MagGo Wireless Charging Station Stand for $100: This good-looking 3-in-1 charging tree is more affordable than our top pick, boasts Qi2 certification for 15-watt charging, and comes with a charger and cable. It just misses out on a place above because of the offset pad for the Apple Watch. It is slippery, so your Apple Watch may tilt, though I never had an issue with it not charging. Anker included stickers to combat this, but they are a fiddly and inelegant solution. It’s also a shame that the main pad for your iPhone is fixed, so you can’t adjust the angle. But these are minor gripes.
- Mophie 3-in-1 Travel Charger With MagSafe for $150: This little travel kit comes with a felt carrying case, charging brick, and USB-C cable, and was our previous top travel pick. The square stack unfolds to reveal three wireless chargers in one elongated pad. The iPhone sticks magnetically to the center (15 watts), and the Apple Watch dock supports Nightstand mode (this 2023 model supports fast charging too). There's a grooved spot for the AirPods. It feels great, is compact, and is pretty lightweight all around.
- ESR HaloLock 3-in-1 Travel Wireless Charging Set for $55: This is a decent travel kit at a reasonable price. You can prop your iPhone in portrait or landscape orientation, display your Apple Watch in Nightstand mode (if you turn it backward), and there is a pad for AirPods. It folds with the included cable and wall charger in a faux leather pouch. Sadly, it only charges iPhones at 7.5 watts.
- Anker 3-in-1 Cube with MagSafe for $130: This dinky, dense, 2.5-inch cube from Anker was our previous compact pick. It has a MagSafe pad on top (15 watts), and the top section hinges to a 60-degree angle, revealing a charging surface for your AirPods. The wee pop-out shelf on the side has a built-in Apple Watch fast charger. You get a 5-foot cable and a 30-watt charger in the box.
- Satechi 3-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charging Stand for $120: This 3-in-1 requires you to supply a 20-watt power adapter (this is a good one if you don't have one already), and it won't recharge your iPhone or Apple Watch at the fastest speeds possible. That's still fine if you usually only juice up your gadgets overnight. It's a little smaller than the Belkin, so it won't take too much room, and the aluminum build looks attractive (the iPhone mount is made of stainless steel). You can pop off the Apple Watch charger and take it on the go—just plug the USB-C end into any charger, power bank, or even laptop with the port to recharge your smartwatch.
- Case-Mate Fuel 3-in-1 Foldable for $110: Finished in a classy gray material, this 3-in-1 charges an iPhone in a case or any Qi smartphone, and it's easy to fold flat and pack in a bag. It also has a built-in Apple Watch charger and a spot for AirPods. A cable and 45-watt charger are included. I also tested the solid Case-Mate Fuel 4-in-1 ($105), which is quite good, but the unnecessary LEDs and Fuel logo put me off.
- iOttie Velox Duo for $46: This was our 2-in-1 pick for a while. The black and gold combo looks great, the magnet is strong, and there’s a weighted base. On the downside, it only charges iPhones at up to 7.5 watts. The permanently attached USB-C cable is a good length, but you do have to provide a wall adapter.
- Twelve South HiRise 3 Wireless Charging Stand for $100: Our previous compact pick, this 3-in-1 is a space saver. There's an angled MagSafe perch for your iPhone, a shelf up top for your Apple Watch, and a spot for your AirPods underneath. It's a compact design that makes it easy to glance at your iPhone, though this means you can't utilize the Nightstand mode of your Apple Watch. It comes with a 5-foot USB-C cable, but you do need to provide your own power adapter (20 watts or above).
- RapidX Boosta 5-in-1 Charging Stand for $50: This is a lot like Anker’s MagGo 633. It’s a charging stand designed to charge a MagSafe Boosta battery pack (sold separately), which you can stick a MagSafe iPhone onto. You can also charge AirPods on the base, and there’s a spare USB-C port for something else, but I don’t understand why they call it 5-in-1.
- RapidX Modula 5 Modular Wireless Charging System for $30: This modular system was a great space saver on my last vacation. The pads slot together magnetically and offer up to 10-watt charging for phones (I also used one to charge my AirPods with the wireless charging case), and there’s a special pad for the Apple Watch with a puck that can lie flat or pop up to accommodate Nightstand mode.
- ESR HaloLock 3-in-1 Wireless Charger with CryoBoost for $60: Silly name aside, this is attractively priced and includes a power adapter and cable. You can turn off the light and fan when you’re trying to sleep. But it only charges iPhones at 7.5 watts, and the Apple Watch charger isn’t included. We also tested the top-of-the-line ESR 6-in-1 Charging Station ($150) with built-in charging spots for your iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch, and a further two USB-C ports and one USB-A to charge additional devices at up to 100 watts. Both are a bit chunky and ugly. The 2-in-1 version minus the Apple Watch slot is $10 cheaper and looks better.
- Mophie Snap+ 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Stand for $90: Another 3-in-1 that does the job, Mophie’s Snap+ has an adjustable stand for your iPhone, a space for AirPods, and a plastic ring to insert your own Apple Watch or Galaxy Smartwatch charger into. It works, but it feels and looks a bit cheap, especially when there’s nothing on it.

Avoid These
Chargers We Don't LikeNot every charger will be a winner. Here are the ones we didn't like.
- Alogic Matrix Ultimate for $170: This 3-in-1 charger has a folding design, supports fast charging, includes a detachable 5,000-mAh power bank, and comes with a nice pouch, but it is kinda bulky, and the white finish picks up dust and smudges very easily. I have also had issues with other Alogic batteries failing and not supplying the stated capacity.
- OneAdaptr OneGo for $79: This is another folding 3-in-1 with a detachable MagSafe battery pack (10,000 mAh), a spot for AirPods, and a fold-out Apple Watch charger, but it’s quite bulky, charging is slow, and there’s no official certification.
- STM Goods ChargeTree Go for $120: This charging tree station folds flat and can charge a trio of Apple gadgets. But there’s no quick-charge support, my Apple Watch kept sliding out of place during the night, and there’s no adapter included. It’s not cheap either.

What Are Nightstand and StandBy Modes?
Apple Charging FeaturesYou'll see us bring up two specific modes throughout this guide: StandBy mode and Nightstand mode. What are they?
StandBy mode was introduced in iOS 17. When you place your iPhone on a charger in landscape orientation, it will turn the screen into a dock of sorts, showing the clock (with different designs you can choose from), photos from your library, or widgets. If you have an iPhone that supports an always-on screen, you can choose to have the display automatically turn off after some time when the iPhone isn't in use or if the room is dark. Head to Settings > Standby to customize it.
Nightstand mode has long been around on the Apple Watch. Basically, when the watch is sitting upright and charging, the clockface will stay on so you can always tell the time. You can customize this on your Apple Watch by heading to Settings > General > Nightstand mode.
