According to a survey conducted among consumers in the United States in January 2023, Amazon Prime Video was the video streaming brand with the highest awareness among respondents, as well as the brand towards which consumers presented the highest app download intent - overall, 17 percent of respondents were aware of the platform and wanted to download its mobile app. Around 15.5 percent of respondents reported a combined awareness and app download intent of 15.5 percent towards Netflix, while Disney+ was indicated by 12.6 percent of respondents as a platform they were aware of and that they would download as an app on their mobile devices in the following 90 days.
