As of May 2022, approximately 61 percent of adult members of Generation Z surveyed online in the United States said the films available in theaters were a very important factor when considering whether or not to go to the movies. The audio/visual quality of the film and the movie ticket price followed, mentioned by 50 and 48 percent of respondents, respectively.
