Replaces the Equinox with the DLT-19 stormtrooper blaster rifle, this also replaces TG's DC-15 weapon mod
Updates: V4 removed base iron sight, added DLT-19x Sniper scope, also fixed hole in mag chamber (might add a mag if its requested) otherwise its complete, might add other scopes from other weapons I'm working on
