After I made sure I met all the requirements, downloaded the mod, ran into some issues, ran troubleshoots to those issues, I'm still having problems. I can't get the game to launch, and when it does it crashes after a couple of seconds. I've tried to reinstall the game, I've verified game files, and nothing has seemed to get rid of this mod and none of the problems have gone. Could I get some help please?

That really doesn't make sense, as the verify routine should replace any files that don't match what is on Steam.

One thing you might try is to set the graphics and quality settings really low in the preload screen's options and make sure the game resolution is identical to your monitor.  If that doesn't work you may have to uninstall the game.   I'd also check for any leftover folders/files in the install directory and make sure they are empty before reinstalling.  Before doing that you may want to set your Win Explorer view options to show hidden and system files-- just in case there is some invisible residue that the uninstall process missed....Hope this helps.

I believe I ran into the same issue that you're describing. I had to delete my root Fallout 4 game folder entirely. Then I went to Steam and uninstall/reinstall the game. That got me back to the original patch and I was once again able to boot the game from Steam.
