my game won't start so i deleted my entire fo4 folder contents and reinstalled, game was working vanilla until i reinstalled all my mods that was still on my vortex modslist. re-installing all my mods made it crash on start again, so little by little from installing groups of mods to deduct out the mod that's crashing, i fixed the game finally and running after i found and uninstalled Backported Archive2 Support System.
I think there's a chance for the downgrade to work for those that's crashing on start if that mod is uninstall ? I didn't try the downgrade again so i'm not sure.
Found a very dumb solution that may work. Try launching the game once in windowed mode first. Once it launches all the way to the menu, exit the game, and launch in again but in full screen. That fixed this problem for me
