Please Read:
Cities Overhaul has been replaced by a series of smaller modules effecting specific types of blocks ie. CO/Cities Overhauled Armorers effecting every blacksmith block and Interior.
CITIES OVERHAULED
Cities Overhauled is a modular Project to clutter and bring life to Daggerfall's urban blocks across the entire Iliac Bay, we do this by adding fencing, clutter, crates and crafted interiors for key locations. (such as stores/some guilds)
Below is a list of the scope of this project :)

Compatibility
CO being in bitesize chunks means that should you prefer another mod overhauling the same area you could simply toggle the mod on and off this I feel will encourage competition and others to have their own takes on these block overhauls.
Due to the nature of the overhauls a full RMB Replacement including interiors, it WILL override other mods in the same locals.
If you are a mod author who may be affected by one of my mods do get in touch and we can do a separate patch .DFMod that includes the effected block just with your interior added as a separate download.
This mod is NOT compatible with Transparent Windows, due to the nature of functions behind transparent windows if you use this mod in conjunction with cities overhauled you will see items floating, inside of houses, houses clipping into house interiors and other hijinks.

Legacy Version's named CITIES OVERHAUL, instead of CITIES OVERHAULED do not require these requirements.
