Your role will entail identifying and pitching for relevant new releases, and bringing new business into the company from existing and new contacts across the music industry, as well as managing promotional campaigns from start to finish for a range of pop/dance, indie/rock and rap artists
You will need to have excellent organisational, communication and negotiation skills. You will also be required to quickly learn the selling points of all our studios and freelance studio staff to promote them to a high, professional standard.

Seeking a person with demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end process of an ecommerce product launch from concept through to launch, along with expertise in digital best practices
Required: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within a label, and experience of working with artists and artist managers.
Required: Experience in a Careers / Employability role in a HE setting, and knowledge and understanding of current Careers and Employability practices.

Experience of leading and developing a sales team within a music or performing arts organisation, and proven success at developing and implementing sales strategies in new and existing markets and channels
