Andre wanted us to talk all about the live demos we'll be doing of our award-winning policy administration software. Craig wanted us to focus on the refreshed UI and increased connectivity of our latest release. Bart wanted us to talk about trains... 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. This is a very cool win Aerogami and I couldn't be more proud of our team. When we started this business in 2020, not only was the world falling apart (we were all there), but #insurance as a whole was focused on a completely different set of problems. Very few people in the industry were talking about #UX as a priority and in some cases were saying things like, "we don't want #claims" (this is a much more complex subject than you might think so let's not judge too heavily). Fast forward to 2023 and now #ux, #service, #experience, and #digitization occupy top spots as priorities for insurance carriers, especially in #travel. Carriers see the value of #educating #policyholders on the products they purchase and all the great #benefits that come included. This has always been our goal with #DigiDoc. To take a natural conversation point in the customer's journey when buying insurance (policy document delivery) and turn it into an #integrated #mobile #experience that both #educates and #encourages #interactions so consumers can unlock the full potential of their insurance service, reducing the need to reach out with questions or filing a claim that can be answered by reading a policy doc. There's plenty on the road map with promising integrations like #ai, #parametric, and #blockchain but what's most encouraging has been the engagement we've already seen with current clients and the positive feedback from their customers.
