POSTERIOR FEMUR TUMOR IN 13M HPI: A 13-year-old boy presents with slowly progressive swelling in his right posterior thigh that his parents noticed. The mass has been increasingly painful during and after sporting activities. There is no unusual history of trauma. PMH: The child is otherwise healthy. PE: On physical exam he has little to no tenderness in the right posterior thigh. His neurological and vascular exam of the right lower extremity are normal. How would you manage this patient?
