I recently spoke with a client who supplies the hair and beauty industry, and they will send prospecting email campaigns to salon owners outside of normal working hours and on the weekend, as it generates the best response.
I totally get the strategy as salon owners may also be hairdressers and they'll be chocka during the normal working hours, but it got me to thinking, if you're a buyer/decision maker, are you happy to receive emails from potential suppliers outside of normal working hours and on the weekend?
