2024 has brought some really interesting clients to Readysalted so far, and we've been fortunate to stay busy. However, being constantly on the go comes with its challenges, including almost no time off, which can lead to burnout. Finally took a much-needed break to Spain 🇪🇸 with friends for some sun, beach, and watching the Euros to recharge. Now, I’m back and ready than ever to take on the world! Reading about Elon Musk's $45bn pay package approval by Tesla shareholders really makes you reflect on the essence of entrepreneurship. While we all need money to sustain and grow our businesses, it's important to remember that it shouldn't be the sole driver. For me, the true rewards of entrepreneurship come from delivering great work and building meaningful relationships with clients, not just the financial outcomes. That is a by-product. Privacy is paramount in our working relationships, and while the thought of a red TOP SECRET stamp on our meeting notes does sound cool, all we can say is that the workshop itself was way cooler. 😎 The day brought together a senior team from across the UK and Europe, and we spent the entire workshop understanding their business whilst simultaneously showing them the value in ours. 🤝 I’ll always love returning to London and getting to spend time in Canary Wharf (I feel like a big kid in a business building candy shop), but this visit has got to be up there with the most exciting... The calibre of this client. The budding new business-to-business relationships. The future of Readysalted being shaped before my very eyes.
