Did someone say Universal Controller support? 🎮🕹️ Over the past week or so I’ve been working on implementing Universal Controller support for Summit Games Studio’s ‘Cosmic Cowboy’ 🤠. It’s currently still in development but so far we’ve officially switched to the new Unity InputSystem and it’s possible to switch between a huge range of controllers (as well as KBM) at runtime. Personal project time 🥳! About a week ago I was perusing through some YouTube shorts by Satisfying_Shape5 and thought it might be fun to try and recreate some of their simulations in Unity. So that’s what I did. Below you can see my attempt at recreating 3 of these simulations. I did also incorporate them all into one single build with some extra functionality so multiple of the same simulation can be run at once.
