Congratulations to our latest recipient of our Dollars for Scholars Program: Chayse Winters! 💸 Chayse joined Baseline in August 2023 and has recently been promoted to a Manager in Training at our Riverdale, MN location. She is currently studying Management with an emphasis in Marketing at Anoka Ramsey Community College. Chayse will receive a scholarship to put towards her educational expenses. Congrats again!

During the first week of June, we were able to team up with CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. for another successful promotion! 🎉 Celsius Brand Ambassadors greeted our members and distributed samples in the club, keeping everyone hydrated and energized. We love teaming up with Celsius and can't wait for more exciting collaborations in the future!

Izzy Benjamin-Alvarado, a self-described "Jill of all trades," has dedicated 11 years to working with PF franchisees in Colorado and Minnesota, taking on various roles. Embarking on a new journey, Izzy recently earned promotion to return to Colorado as a Region Manager overseeing all Baseline Colorado clubs, showcasing her commitment to driving positive change within the organization. Transitioning from a history and Latin American studies graduate to a pivotal role at a local PF gym was a spontaneous decision for Izzy. She found her passion in motivating the 80 percent of people without a gym to join the Judgement Free Zone. Izzy's greatest fulfillment comes from empowering others to enhance their lives, whether they are team members or club attendees. She cherishes witnessing individuals evolve from non-leaders to district managers with her guidance. For Izzy, the Judgement Free Zone® embodies the essence of Planet Fitness, setting it apart from competitors by offering members a space to be authentic. She spearheads initiatives like employee resource groups to foster a sense of belonging at the club level, striving for excellence at all franchisee levels. At our Annual Meeting, we celebrated our managers who have gone above and beyond this past year. For the first time ever, we announced our Cabo Contest winner in person: Phil Philavong, who is the St. Cloud Club Manager! Nicholas Mills won the District Manager of the Year Award, and Jacqueline Nunez was named the Rookie District Manager of the Year. Jess McGee took home the Club Manager of the Year Award, and Rookie Club Manager of the Year was Jennie Morris. Kendra Jost, CO Central District Manager, secured the Development Award. Black Card Membership of the Year Award went to Club Manager Shannon Bachler of our Minneapolis location. Lastly, our TOP Award (Teamwork, Ownership and Passion) winner was Kiley Teska, the GP Central District Manager. Congrats to all recipients! One team, one Planet! 💜
