Great insights Amy Reichanadter ! I totally agree open, curious and flexible mindset wins the day in innovative companies!
The age of #AI is underway, and it’s changing how #HR leaders and companies scout talent and hire. But this change spans far beyond technical roles — it’s never been more important than even to seek talent that embraces change. Companies building or using AI tools need people who are flexible, agile, and intellectually curious. My thoughts on this new wave of talent-sourcing strategy, and how job-seekers can rise to the occasion today in Fast Company: https://bit.ly/4afrIRR
In the brave new AI world, demonstrating this one mindset will get you the job

I am excited to share that I have joined Cloudflare this week as their next Chief People Officer. I have spent all of my career working with technical companies on the cutting edge. Cloudflare is an Internet safety and security company helping build a better Internet globally. The suite of products at Cloudflare protect and accelerate any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. The internet properties powered by Cloudflare have all web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a builder at heart, it's an exciting moment in Cloudflare's growth journey and an opportunity for me to help build again and be part of scaling another exciting business. I am particularly drawn to the special culture the company has created. Transparency, doing the right thing, empathy and leaning into curiosity are some of the foundational capabilities making Cloudflare a welcoming and inclusive place to grow careers and be yourself.

I am on a journey and making a transition to a new adventure which I will announce next month! I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the opportunity I had at both Tableau and also Salesforce. Both joining Tableau and then evolving to become part of the Salesforce team helped me grow in new ways, made me stronger, and created space to learn new approaches. By and far, the best part was the people I got to meet and work with over the past 5 years. My passion to help grow businesses, build teams, develop leaders, support career growth and inspire talent is what gets me excited. Thank you Tableau and Salesforce for the opportunity! In addition, thank you to all the fantastic people that I got the privilege to know and work together with these past 5 years. I am so fortunate for that experience!
