For my current scene, I had to choose between different types of wind, the Pivot Painter, Speedtree Game (.st9) or UE (.st). After several tests, the Speedtree UE (.st) seems the most interesting in terms of rendering/performance. There's still room for improvement, but the basis is there and already solid. I can't wait to work on the other planned biomes! 😀 #wip #unrealengine #speedtree #wind #vfx #ginkgo #forest #ghostoftsushima #inspired #scene #fanart

1moare you using speedtree with nanite? from my last research Speedtree wind wans't still compatible with nanite, due to differencex in number of uv used. Was wondering if this is still the case and if you want to use speedtree wind you need to turn off nanite on your trees.
