Today marks my 5 year anniversary at Behaviour Interactive. What a journey it’s been! I started in corporate communications in a 250 people company. My first week, I attended our 25 year anniversary cocktail which was organized by… our legal counsel! I have since transitioned to Digital where I developed the PR and Events practice for Dead by Daylight. When the pandemic happened, I was given the opportunity to build an internal Marcomm agency which has grown tremendously since. I am now part of 1000-employee publisher in a role I couldn’t even imagine when I started. While it’s been a challenging journey, I am extremely grateful for the people I have met, the opportunities I was given and the space I have had to propose new ideas, and grow. I’ve had to deal with a fair share of crises but also build amazing things like BHVR Beyond and the DbD Anniversary, with incredible teams. Last week, I did something little Marie would have never envisioned: host a panel on a stage, in front of the entire company. I love this picture, I can’t believe how happy I look. Here’s to the future!
