This is hands down the number one skill you can have as an entrepreneur 👇 INTEGRITY - When you keep your word not only to others, but to yourself. 💎 Always deliver on what you say you will 💎 Never make a promise you can’t keep 💎 Never be late (not just on delivery, but meetings/appointments too) When you keep your word to others, eventually you become known as the person that gets shit done and you’ll get a line of people that want to work with you. You’ll also alter your own work culture into one that values high quality results. But where Integrity really shines is when you make promises to yourself. If you keep breaking promises to yourself (e.g.: I’m going to stop doom-scrolling, I’ll be on time to that meeting, I’ll accomplish that task tomorrow)... then eventually you just don’t believe yourself. You get used to failing yourself. But if you have a long track record of keeping your promises to yourself, eventually projects that once seemed out of your league become easy… simply because you’re used to always doing what you say you’ll do.
Absolutely agree! Integrity builds trust and a strong reputation, which is essential for success. 💪 Consistently keeping promises to yourself and others creates a reliable and high-performing work culture.
Deliver on your words or don’t promise.
Great post Matt Diggity!!!! Integrity is the foundation of success both personally and professionally. Keeping your word to yourself and others builds trust credibility and a strong work ethic. It's the important to unlocking your potential and achieving greatness....
Great Post Matt! Yes, indeed. Imo integrity is one of the most important "skills" in a person. Not only for enterpreneurs, but in general. Integrity is, what gives your words power. Without it, your words are meaningless.
Good insight!
