From £25k online sales in January to £86k in May 😎 not to mention the tonne of other sales that have come in for this client through phone calls and emails giving them their record month 💪 Awesome results for this client, no surprise really as we have now gotten all 18 of their targeted keywords on page one of Google search results and 10 of them in the top 3 places 😎 not bad for £3k per month! 16 months hard work from our SEO team and boy is it paying off for the client! Like most of our clients they had previously had a bad experience with SEO in the past from another agency so they were sceptical at the start.... needless to say that is no longer the case 😍 #seoagency #digitalmarketingagency #marketingagency #seoexperts

Great account managers are hard to find, whilst the role may seem glamorous - a life of lunches with clients and big bonuses… it’s actually far from it. A good account manager has a highly pressured and highly stressful job. They bear the brunt of all negativity and complaints and carry it on their shoulders whilst shielding others within the business from it. They deliver the good news as well as the bad news, keep clients happy and juggle a lot of balls to make sure things run smoothly in client delivery. Happy clients are usually very quiet, however when a client is unhappy they are on the account managers case day and night and the accman has to have all the answers. Brad York is our legendary accman and I know how tough his job is because before he came along I was the one doing it and I struggled to manage it alongside everything else (and he is far better at it than I was) We now welcome Andy Shipley to the account management side of the business to work with Brad as we continue to grow and take on more clients. Find an account manager that is capable of looking after your clients, because without clients there is no business👊🏻

Every time I take Thatcher with me to put the donkeys in he refuses to leave the field and turns into that one drunk mate that you always have to carry out of the club😩

There are 3 types of sales people - Dogs, Horses and Tigers Dog: The dog needs to be constantly fed or it will starve, it needs constant love and fuss and belly rubs to keep it happy. 🐕🦺 Horse: The horse will gallop aslong as you keep whipping it, but as soon as you stop whipping it will slow down to a trot.🐎 Tiger: The tiger kills for sport, it can eat a huge meal but then when a rabbit runs past it still pounces and kills🐅 Hire the salesman that’s a Tiger because they can sustain performance. They love sales and the thrill of the hunt🐅

Client Spend = £24,000 per year 73 Enquiries in the last 6 months Average sale £250k - £800k 26 of their 30 keywords on page one, 19 in the top 3 places That was the quick breakdown ⬆ Here is a longer winded one ⬇ It has been exactly one year since we onboarded this client who operate in the niche space of selling cutting machines (mainly for fabric) at prices ranging from £250k to £800k per machine. The first thing we did was migrate their website over to wordpress and tidy it up a bit as it was built on a fairly awkward platform for some reason, If my memory serves me we charged £4,500 to do this. We then began work on their SEO, they already had a couple of rankings which you will see below, so for example the image shows you they were 13th place for "aerospace cutting machines" and we have moved them up 12 places so they are now Number 1. Overall we have targeted 30 keywords for them which we identified as part of our onboarding with the client to find out what machines they sell and to what industries, we then did some competitor research and formulated a keyword list. After a year of SEO work on a £2,000 per month budget we have moved their 30 keywords up a combined total of 1,235 places on Google search results and currently 26 of the keywords are on the first page of Google and 19 of them are in the top 3 positions - It is usually the top 3 slots that capture the vast majority of all web traffic. They have had 73 website enquiries in the last 6 months which is fantastic especially given the nicheness of their industry. As the client will now be renewing for another 12 months the next part of our focus and strategy will be to get the remainder of their keywords into the top 3 positions and also look at a UX (user experience) review of their website and see where visitors go to see if we can make any improvements to the customer journey. #cuttingmachines #fabriccutter #seoagency #machining
