Family Barrister, serving people through their family law journey in a modern and forward thinking way. Spears 500 recommended lawyer

With the turning of a page there is always renewed hope for the future. Since i left the self employed bar behind from my fabulous chambers in Liverpool Atlantic Chambers, i have seen and experienced a rapid decline in access to justice especially in the area of family law. On occasion it has quite literally broke my heart to see the system change soo much and soo many citizens of this country forced to represent themselves in incredibly overwhelming and difficult circumstances. I genuinely live in hope that this may change and the new prime minister may have different priorities because of this background.....we will wait and see. #accesstojustice #familylaw #lowrylegal

Sir Keir Starmer completes his journey from lawyer to Prime Minister ⚖️ We would like to congratulate Keir and the Labour Party for their election victory. This victory marks a new chapter for the UK, and we look forward to working with the new government to strengthen our justice system. As a legal practitioner, Keir will have seen first-hand the issues that our justice system is facing - issues which simply cannot be ignored any longer. Underinvestment is leading to courts delays, a decline in criminal justice practitioners, and ultimately a lack of access to justice. The new government must prioritise making our justice system a source of national pride and harness the economic power of legal services. Justice system reform can place law and legal services at the heart of plans for economic growth, renew our commitment to the rule of law and work proactively to protect and secure access to justice.
