Senior Analytics Consultant at Biztory - Building the Greatest Data Teams.

Proud me moment. Today one of my visualisations was used during the Tableau keynote presentation at their annual conference. This would never had happened had my company, Biztory, not recognised the importance of professional development. As consultants we are guaranteed a minimum of 12 days prof dev time a year and often more. The 12 days are set aside for all our consultants and we all attend various sessions covering a range of subjects. On top of the 12 days we often get our own time to choose our topics and can work on refining our current skills or learning new ones. Employees are a companies biggest asset and the more you invest in them the greater the return. I just wish more companies would realise this. Time to celebrate with a glass of wine #TC24 #Tableau
