Today we celebrated two team members 10 year anniversaries. In today's dynamic business landscape, where change is constant and innovation drives progress, it's easy to get caught up in the allure of rapid turnover and constant churn. However, amidst the whirlwind of new hires and fresh perspectives, there lies a hidden gem that often goes unnoticed: tenure. Tenure within a company is not merely a measure of how long an employee has been with an organization; it's a testament to loyalty, dedication, and a deep-rooted commitment to the company's mission and values. While the trend of job hopping may seem appealing on the surface, it's crucial to recognize the immense value that long-serving employees bring to the table. Let's raise a toast to the tenured employees who continue to shape and enrich our organizations every day. Your contributions do not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for the unwavering dedication and commitment you bring to the table. Here's to many more years of shared success and continued growth together!

1 year complete Congratulations to you! Why, God why? You have completed 1 year at the same organization! Completing one year at the same organization is often seen as a milestone worthy of congratulations. It's a sentiment I’ve encountered before, having worked part-time at a preschool before joining Leading Life. However, this time, the congratulations felt different. This is my first full-time role, and the significance of this milestone struck me deeply. When colleagues, friends, and even acquaintances congratulated me, I found myself pondering a simple question: Why? 🤔 Why is completing one year at the same organization such a notable achievement? 🤔 Why it isn't a normal thing to complete one year at the same organization? ✅ The answer, as many pointed out, lies in its rarity. In today’s rapidly evolving job market, staying with the same employer for an extended period has become increasingly uncommon. Reflecting on my journey at Leading Life, I realize how fortunate I am to work in an environment that fosters growth, values employee well-being, and offers opportunities for advancement. The support and encouragement I’ve received have been instrumental in reaching this one-year milestone. As I celebrate this achievement, I am reminded of the importance of creating workplaces where employees feel valued, engaged, and supported. In doing so, organizations can not only reduce turnover but also build a loyal and motivated workforce. To all those who have congratulated me, thank you. Your recognition means a lot. And, to my colleagues at Leading Life, here’s to many more years of growth and success together! #milestone #careergrowth #workplace

Another win for The HR Guidance Counselor. Message me about a resume refresh, interview prep, or leadership thought partnership!
I love seeing promotions come across my feed, but this one hit different! Congratulations to my daughter, Suzette Morgan, MPA, for her recent promotion to Director. For those of you that know my story, Suzette is a big part of it. She is often referred to as the "mini-Me." But truth be told, she is so much BETTER than me and I hope to be just like her one day! Join me in congratulating her for a well-deserved promotion. FYI... She's not just my daughter. She's also a client! Another promotion under the belt for The HR Guidance Counselor, LLC! #passionoverpoison ™
