After an incredible journey, today will be my last day at Next Net Media. My time here has been filled with countless memories, invaluable experiences, and the opportunity to work with some of the most talented and dedicated individuals in our industry. I am deeply grateful to my colleagues, mentors, and the entire team for their unwavering support, guidance, and friendship. Thank you Next Net Media team for your trust, execution, and loyalty over these 8.5 years. I could not have asked for a better team to work with. I value each and every one of you and I have no doubt you will continue to achieve great things and inspire those around you. The accomplishments of this team over the last 8 years cannot be understated: - Organic hyper growth pre- and post- pandemic - 6 Strategic acquisitions of industry-leading platforms - 4 HOTH Cruises - 3 HOTHCONs - 4x on the INC 5000  - 9x Best Place to Work recognition - PE acquisition in 2021 While it's bittersweet to say goodbye, I am thrilled for what the future holds for Next Net Media. This company's direction is incredibly promising, and I have no doubt that it will continue to reach new heights and accomplish amazing things. Thank you Marc Hardgrove and David Martin for taking a chance on me in 2016 and providing me with the mentorship that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Working with you both has been the honor and privilege of my career. As for the future, I am going to enjoy a brief and eventful retirement. After that, I look forward to jumping back into the game.
