We've been long time supporters of #LevelUpShowcase2024 and it was incredible to take part again this year to see how much this amazing event has "leveled up" again with XP Gaming Inc.! 📈 Our Gameloft 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼 team got to judge and hand out prizes for the People's Choice Awards at #LUS24, and of course, meet and chat with many talented students that are already kick-starting their careers in the gaming. Renee first applied to the Toronto studio right after graduation from university, and although she didn’t get the job the first time, she cultivated her skills and knowledge and officially joined us in 2021! Confident game developers ready to tackle any challenges that come their way! 🗣️ Last week, we hosted a Speaking with Confidence Workshop with Stephan Dyer and Juan D Cajiao from MalPensando to help our leadership and HR teams become confident speakers and presenters in front of any audience. Valeriia was the winner of Gameloft's 2023 internal diversity art contest, where we encouraged our Gamelofters to imagine a character from an underrepresented community they would love to see in games. Her winning character Ayaka is now a playable lieutenant in Gameloft Sofia’s #WarPlanetOnline and was even given an official song and music video!
