Exciting news 🤣

Most launches fail not because the product isn’t good enough but because not enough people knew it was happening. It’s an awareness problem. Not a quality problem. The only person who sees everything you post is you so while you’re worried about being repetitive and “salesy” the reality is that people just aren’t seeing your content. You’ve spent hours working developing the programme or course. You’ve created the materials. You’ve got an income goal in mind and you’ve written all the content. There’s no bigger kick in the guts than a failed launch. And I should know, I’ve had one. And it rocked my confidence and self belief to the core. I had imposter syndrome and I felt like maybe I didn’t know what I was doing. I questioned everything. And then I realised what I had was an audience and engagement problem. Just because I was ready to sell didn’t mean my audience was ready to buy. Most business owners plunge into a September launch after ignoring their audience all summer. The first two weeks of term are not enough to get peoples attention. But that doesn’t mean you need to spend the next 6 weeks living online. I’ve put together a 6 week visibility challenge that will help you grow your audience and get it warmed up ready for a stellar September. Do you remember on Monday when I told you that someone got upset because I spelt their name wrong in a message? And then they told me it was a major red flag and they didn’t want to work with me on the strength of that? I beat myself up all week over that mistake. Until yesterday. I read and re-read the conversation ( oh hello ADHD) and then I noticed something I spelt my own effing name wrong in the first message 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I haven’t stopped laughing. She got her knickers in a knot and was hugely offended because I spelt her name wrong and I couldn’t even get my own name right. Here’s to being a ridiculous, flawed human being! 👏🥂
